Farmer Jake and Bri have been working their farm for a few years now. Going out to Jake’s farm is always a treat. They are slowly increasing the amount of land they farm as their CSA grows, they provide for restaurants, and as of this year Square Roots Farm is at the downtown farmers market.
It’s pretty incredible how much can be grown on a small amount of land. Jake and Bri haven’t grown to capacity yet, but they are still able to do so much for their CSA, restaurants, and farmers market. Mona Lisa’s and The Lakely are two other restaurants that use Square Roots Farm’s produce.
Finally, Eric will be showcasing wines selected for the meal by Dali. Unfortunately, Dali can’t join us, but if you have come to one of his dinners with us before you will remember him as quite the character and incredibly knowledgeable about wine, Italian wines in particular. Will sent the menu to him and we currently waiting on his selections to pair with the meal - the menu will be updates as soon as we have those for you.
