Pieropan Soave Classico

This wine is an ABSOLUTE favorite of mine and I am so happy to get some in.

 It is the youngest and most representative expression of Soave Classico in the Pieropan range. Generous and approachable, it is defined by its freshness, elegance and smooth texture and is produced exclusively from estate-owned vineyards in the heart of the Soave Classico zone.

Pairings:

Starters, soups and first-courses especially vegetable-based such as asparagus, peas, egg-based dishes or paired with seafood and fish dishes. It is also an excellent aperitif, so essentially, serve it ALL SUMMER LONG!!
