I’ll come up with a better name soon, but this is going to be a delicious evening. And a fantastic summer event.
We’ll taste through 4 tequilas, all of some reputation and we are going to settle once and for all what the best blanco tequila is (or at least which one will go on the shelf in the brewery for regular pouring). We’re going to warm up our palates with a delicious La Gritona Reposado Margarita made with lime, agave, and Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao paired with the most delicious scallop tostada that we made for our Mexican Menu Takeover last year (see photo).
