Chiyo Takemoto, owner of coquetel spirits, will be joining us for this dinner. Chiyo represents some unique spirit brands that pour their hearts into making beverages to extremely high quality standards and are introducing something new to our palates.
At this dinner, we will be serving Brovo Vermouths. Some of you may be familiar with them from our November Wicked Wine Weekend where they completely sold out. During this meal you will get to sample the vermouths on their own (and they are great sippers!) and in two cocktails. Each vermouth/cocktail will be paired with a course.
