This Fish Fry is going to be something special:
As it is Mexican Menu Takeover Week, we’re doing whole deep fried Red Snapper. A delicious meal in Coastal Mexico, especially along the Yucatan Peninsula. And one I enjoyed a few times while traveling there. We’ll have more details about it once we get closer to the date, but expect some fantastic sides to go with it.
We will require reservations for this meal to be made by Thursday at 12pm so that we can have the Red Snapper overnighted to us making sure that you are getting the freshest fish possible.
This meal will be market price based on the weight of the snapper.
