This Fish Fry is going to be something special:

Whole Red Snapper Fish Fry 

(serves 2 people)

Scored and briefly marinated with lime juice, garlic, salt, cumin, and oregano. Deep fried until the skin turns into a great chicharron crunch. Served with escabeche (Mexican pickled vegetables), salpicon (let's call it Mexican cole slaw with a non-mayo dressing), and rice with salsa tamarindo and salsa seca

The meal will be $15+retail price of the fish at $16.99/# - fish will be between 1-2.5#.

Reserve your fish NOW before Thursday at 11am to get in on the fish fry!

We require reservations for this meal to be made by Thursday at 12pm so that we can have the Red Snapper overnighted to us making sure that you are getting the freshest fish possible.
