The Cork and Fork season begins again! We're excited to host you all again and enjoy what we love most at The Coffee Grounds: good company, good food, and good drink. Dali will be joining us to share wines in his portfolio. Dali is enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable about these wines. He is also just fun, and a joy to spend time with. Antipasto: bay scallop crudo with blood orange herb salad with Tramin Sauvignon Blanc
Primo: arancini di riso - deep fried wild mushroom risotto with Tua Rita (a great story with this wine)
Secondi: braised beef all'arriabbiata with dell'unita Barolo
Contorno: local tomato "ratatouille" salad, zucchini, sweet italian peppers, onion, fennel Librandi Bianco
Dolce: cocoa hazelnut tiramisu with Poli Cleopatra Muscat Grappa
