We’re going to introduce you to Tiger who will be taking us though the English style ciders for the evening. All of these ciders are from the UK and will range from dry to sweet. The time of year is perfect for this as Will is able to put together an apple themed dinner for us that will pair fantastically with the ciders. Below you will find the menu that will be updated soon with the cider pairings and the salad.

Soup: apple parsnip soup with ras el hanout oil and candied onion garnish served with Thundering Molly Cider
Salad: Hen of the Woods and Chicken salad with thyme dressing and Grey Heron Cider
Entrée: pork tenderloin with tart green apple sauce and barley squash served with Barn Owl Cider
Cheese course: Barber’s Chedder and Paulet cheese board with Puffin Cider
Dessert: sweet brioche, caramelized apple, peanut butter crème anglaise, crushed peanuts, citrus honey syrup
