A dinner with Mark Vlossak of St. Innocent Winery in Willamette Valley, Oregon. I’ve met Mark when he was driving through Eau Claire with a friend we have in common. His knowledge, humility and passion for pairing his wine with the perfect foods was clear. For this dinner, I am going to be taking significant guidance from him on what we should be pairing with the wines.
