Very floral with caramel, lime, sugar cane juice, bergamot and green grape flavors; balanced and sweet with citric acidity and a creamy mouthfeel.

From various smallholder members of the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union. These coffees are delivered in parchment to the various affiliated washing stations, where they are fermented underwater for 24–72 hours depending on the elevation of the site. The seeds are then dried on raised beds for one to two weeks.
